Basic Bezel with DosBox

Hi... I'm running the LaunchBox DosBox (not Retroarch) and was just wondering if there's a way to run a basic bezel (like an old computer monitor frame or something) within DosBox, or if anyone has a bezel set up if they can point me in the right direction.  I use RA overlays for most everything, but I don't use the RA DosBox cores because they don't seem to work with my .bat files.
