Any way to play platform or even game specific startup videos?

Hi! Is there any way to set videos that play on game launch? Some (mostly old) pc games' intro movies/ splash screens don't work anymore. It would be nice to be able to play video files via launchbox/bigbox, where that's the case.

Also: Many emulators enable us to play splash screens on startup, though not every one of them. Is there a way to set a platform specific startup video?

In our downloads section there are a couple of Startup themes that will play system boot videos on game launch. 

Just download one and set is as your Startup theme.

You can configure this via a batch script that launches VLC to play the video, and add it as an Additional App that runs 'before' the main application for each game.
