azorean Posted February 2, 2023 Posted February 2, 2023 (edited) Hi everyone Just as the title says, how do I get the games from Atari Jaguar (running on BigPEmu) to exit when pressing the escape button, like Retroarch does? When pressing Esc it just goes to BigPEmu menu.. Edited February 2, 2023 by azorean Quote

fleegerc Posted October 17, 2023 Posted October 17, 2023 Is there a way to make this script so it exits in big box when you hit like button 7 and 8? I can't seem to get anything to work to exit BigPEmu from my controller. 1 Quote

You can set a hotkey under Controller Mappings in either LaunchBox or Big Box to exit the emulator. If you would rather do it inside of BigPEmu itself, it looks like they have a hotkey you can set up to enter into their menu, and their menu has an Exit button. 1 Quote
Dark Fact Posted September 25, 2024 Posted September 25, 2024 Thanks! Unfortunately, I have a Nintendo Switch Pro and LB/BB still don't work correctly with SDL controllers yet. Not sure why since BigPEmu and Retroarch can use SDL. That means Controller Mappings don't work for me. I can't use BigBox with the controller at all. Your suggestion to do inside BigPEmu was a great workaround! Binded a button to Menu and can go to Exit now. But one thing: I had to remove -localdata from the Command Line parameter before the Menu button would work on my gamepad! LB automatically put that in there, but I took it out. Strange thing, but it works now. Many thanks! Quote
