13.2 issue downloading media

Having this issue.

I tried to follow the create new account process to log this error, that didnt work either. So I'm popping it here.

Can you go to Tools > Download > Force Update Games Database Metadata (or something similar, it's the bottom most item). Let that run, then try downloading media again.
