Is there a way to make the full titles of games (and region info) show in LaunchBox?

I'm using the 'Big Details' theme in LaunchBox for management of my games.
But the titles are always getting cut off (see attached image).
I also have the option "Versions" also enabled...and I also want to be able to see that.

Is there any way I can prevent the text from being hidden?
