If this is still valid, you may be running into this issue: https://github.com/xenia-project/xenia/issues/1999 If you have Startup themes turned on, you could attempt to hide the mouse cursor during a game. The option appears under Tools > Manage > Emulators. Choose the Xenia emulator, then go into the Startup Screen section and click on Hide Mouse Cursor During Game.
