Is there a way to exclude the "find new roms on any system" to exclude a specific system?

I have some custom systems that create havoc when i run the "find new roms on any system" option.  Looking for a way to exclude  specific systems during these scans.

No. You either run it on the whole set-up or chose the option for the individual platform you have highlighted already.
