slydog43 Posted June 7, 2023 Share Posted June 7, 2023 I got the new Pimax Portal handheld running Android 10 and I'm trying to have Launchbox 1.9 grab its data from the MicroSD. I go under options and try and change the data folder, but I get an error stating that "Android if not granting read and write permissions to the folder youve specified, etc" This is my 1st device that fails this way. Any ideas? When other launchers try to use a dir on external storage, it asks for permission, can launchbox do this? I got retroarch to use the microsd by editing all of the playlist xml files and putting that number in like xxxx-xxxx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
C-Beats Posted June 8, 2023 Share Posted June 8, 2023 I'm not real great with Android, but in the Android App settings can you go to LaunchBox and see if there are any permissions not granted in that menu that can be turned on (namely file access)?
