theG3RM Posted August 15, 2023 Share Posted August 15, 2023 I've tried two different PCs and it gives me the same issue ( Bigbox is loaded on external hdd ) Tried several different backup files Turned debug to >true< in settings, and the log doesn't make any sense- just names a bunch of games I've never played. ​ Can anyone make any sense of this? Guest Posted August 15, 2023 Share Posted August 15, 2023 (edited) I'm not sure why Bigbox isn't loading on your PC, but that snippet of the log you posted seems to be the Sync feature doing it's thing. If you have the sync stuff turned on it's normal to see that, I disabled it after it changed alot of my games playtime and play count into something incorrect. I noticed I had hundreds of those in my log when i checked, it all looks normal to me. Maybe a dev will come along and explain it better than I can. I will certainly add the entire file to the post to make sure we’re not missing something. additionally, should the sync function be something I look into to deactivating to see if it helps? Got it loading again. tried everything from disabling all non Microsoft applications, to updating from 13.3 to 13.6 when I put a startup video back into (drive)launchbox/videos/ root folder, it started working again. seems pretty silly I can’t remove/change start-up videos at will; unless there is a better procedure to do so? at any rate, played a few games and now received another error (see picture). Some searching on the internet didn’t drum up any clues. I’m thinking I need to revert back to 13.3. Unfortunately, there is no such option. Can anyone else make heads/tails of the error?
