C-Beats
You will want to open Windows Event Viewer and look in the application logs for two errors next to each other that point to LaunchBox crashing. One log will be a generic ".NET stopped working..." sorta thing and the other will give actual details (I believe it to be the top most log by default). That log should give a hint as to what's failing. If you could paste it here or attach a screenshot of it we can go from there. Also if you haven't tried run the installer again over the same location (making sure it doesn't try creating a LaunchBox folder IN your LaunchBox folder) and try again. Sometimes AV applications quarantine files that cause issues like that.

C-Beats
That log have any more details? What you're showing doesn't have any information on what the error is.
darkniu
There is no more data, with BigBox it does the same error EventData> <Data>BigBox.exe</Data> <Data>13.9.0.0</Data> <Data>64b073ea</Data> <Data>libcef.dll</Data> <Data>117.2.4.0</Data> <Data>651aea72</Data> <Data>80000003</Data> <Data>00000000018bbeee</Data> <Data>4570</Data> <Data>01da3425cf1d6e15</Data> <Data>\LaunchBox\Core\BigBox.exe</Data> <Data>\LaunchBox\ThirdParty\Chromium\libcef.dll</Data> <Data>37db0d87-1e01-4eb9-89bb-3216be0ea923</Data> <Data /> <Data /> </EventData> </Event>
C-Beats
Can you right click the log and show details and see if there a message in there? Also check the other log in the pair. This looks like the one with the least amount of data.

C-Beats
If you right click the log there should be something that says "Show Details" or something similar that brings up a new window with an error message. Can you do that and press Alt+Print Screen and then paste the image here?
darkniu
Like this or I am missing out something?
C-Beats
Images make it look like you are looking at a single row. There should be two error logs (rows) right next to each other, what does the other look like?
darkniu
Merry Xmas! Sorry for the late response I had busy days, anyway Im not sure of what are you asking for I tried to use the 13.10 update and I still have the same problem As far I understand the thing that is causing troubles is the libcef.dll file but I dont know what happens with that file or how to fix it
