Playlist Manager

Hi.  I'm wondering if there is a way to manage playlists that allows for easily assigning a game to multiple playlists easily.  I thought to look for this when getting tired of the `right-click -> edit -> add to playlist -> select playlist` workflow.

Something like a spreadsheet view, or way to drag and drop selections to categories would be ideal, but I've not found anything and was a bit surprised.
