Launchbox Crashing

After upgrading to 13.11 whenever I modify, add or anything to Launchbox, I get this error message.

It's very annoying and it's making Launchbox unusable. I've re-installed the game and I get the same message. 

Please Help if you can.

We see this error a lot when people have bad image files and the carousel is trying to load them. If you look in that platforms screenshot and background image folders do you have files in there that show as 0kb size in Windows File Explorer?
