Filter games by country?

I have a rom set and they have a lot of overseas roms that I would rather not be included (remember the mahjong post?)

Not trying to be xenophobic, but so many of these are very strange.

You can change your sidebar filter to "Region" and then select by the region you aren't wanting to include. Then click a game in the grid and press Ctrl-A to select all and then delete to remove them.

The quick filter button by the search bar also allows you to filter by region and can be used with any side bar filter.

I just noticed I can make a new playlist. What would you suggest I do, make a giant set of playlists of all consoles but just NA?
