Comfy
Hi there - this is my first post. While ive owned the licences for windows and Android for quite a while now ive only really recently started to use LaunchBox....by no means an expert either i might add... As above - while i appreciate some people like them for a bit of authenticity im not a fan...ive recently just bought a fold6 and with that open screen i want the whole screen dedicated to the game im actually playing...that goes for pc as well (ive got a Legion Go as well as a laptop and regular pc) - is there any easy way of switching off Bezels and running all games full screen..? Thanks to anyone that takes a punt.
C-Beats
You wanting to keep the bezels and just turn them on/off, or just looking to remove the bezel files from your device?
Hiddenpalm
I dont know for sure, but my best guess is the same exact way you enabled Bezels, is how you disable them. From your post it sounds like you already know how to enable them. Im still trying to figure out how to enable them. But after not sleeping last night trying to figure out how to enable them going through all the settings in BigBox, LaunchBox, and RetroArch and watching tutorials on the Bezels, I would assume there is no simple one click to enable and disable them. Which would probably be the feature Im looking for. You have to just undo whatever it is you did to enable them in the first place. I wish I knew what that was. But that should do the job, but I get the eerie feeling it is not so simple. Maybe I should get some sleep. Honestly, I feel like Launchbox needs a woman's touch. The options and settings and manage this and manage that are all over the place and not intuitive to the user, even for people messing with computers since the 1980s can't figure out the simplest things without coming here and waiting for a few days for a reply. I love BigBox and Launchbox, it just needs a little more refinement to be user friendly. And this is coming from a person who loves tinkering with software and being able to make it look unique with customizations. Which is why Im here, but it needs just a little more order. As a man, I can relate, with the will and desire and vision of adding all of these customizations and power. But man, sometimes a woman's touch can make all the difference. I dont mean to sound sexist, and I know I am generalizing. I should get some sleep.

I believe he/she/they thinks the bezels are preventing the game from being full screen. And he wants to know if there is a simple setting in options to disable and enable bezels and if there is a simple option to make the game full screen. Comfy
Hi - id like to remove them completely if possible please! my personal preference is if ive got "x" size screen i want to use all of it to see whats being played....bezels are just a waste of gaming real estate.... I mean you can use a bezel that only displays where the black bars are on your screen (assuming you don't stretch the image). So the statement is fairly false. You also had to install the bezels to have them in the first place. If you don't want the files on your computer wasting space you can delete the artwork folder in MAME or in RetroArch there is a "GameBezels" folder in the overlay folder you can delete. You can also just turn off "Overlays" in either emulator if you don't want to see them but don't want to mess around with the files.
Comfy
Ive never knowingly installed the bezels...they must have come with a download or something like that....id rather have the screen stretched also...no problem with that...

If importing games for platforms you're emulating with MAME or RetroArch LB asks if you want to install Bezel Project bezels. I'd assume at some point you said yes.
