Big Box Search - Blank screen when no results are found - unable to go back

When I use the search function in Big Box and the search returns no results, Big Box returns just a blank screen and I cannot use the back button to return to the previous menu. I can use the search again and return a list with a different search term, but when I go back from that search I am back to the blank screen and stuck there. 

Is this a bug or am I missing something to return to the previous screen?

Using version 13.16 (latest) but it was doing this in previous versions.

Experiencing this as well. Latest version of BB. Can we find out how to fix this please?
