itsmeblake
Some of the games that show up in Launchbox simply do not show up in Bigbox. None of the "hide" options are enabled in settings. I cannot figure out why? What am I doing wrong? As an example, you can see "gears of war 5" listed in the "windows" platform on launchbox (top left corner) In Bigbox mode Gears 1 and 4 are listed, but Gears 5 is missing. This theme is "The POC". I tried switching to others, but the problem is the same.
Solution AstroBob Posted October 30 Solution Share Posted October 30 Hey @itsmeblake, what view are you looking at those games on in BigBox? A way to verify is to do a search for Gear 5 in BigBox. If it finds it, it indicates that the specific view or playlist you're looking at if filtering out the games, whereas if nothing is showing up, it indicates the game is specifically being hidden from Big Box. Let me know if a search brings anything back as that will point us in the right direction
AstroBob
No worries, glad you were able to resolve it. You can also look into using the `Sort Order` feature, if you want games with different naming conventions (like Gear 5) to appear alphabetically after previous games. I cannot find the "sort order" feature. Where is it located? Edited October 30 by itsmeblake

If empty it's going to use the entries standard Title to sort it found on the main Metadata window. so if you wanted "Gears 5" to show up after "Gears of War 4" for ex, you would want to enter "Gears of War 5" here. The game title will still display as "Gears 5" if you left it as such in the Title field, but now it is going to be sorted by your Sort Title value
