I know that ctrl+s opens the sidebar and closes it, but is there a way with strictly keyboard keys to get to the side bar and start scrolling through it? I found a list of keyboard shortcuts here https://keypirinha.com/keyboard.html but it doesn't say anything about that.

Is there a complete list of keyboard keys for Launchbox somewhere?

The keyboard shortcuts listed in that link are for their "LaunchBox" (referred to as "the LaunchBox").  Not to be confused with (this) Unbroken Software's LaunchBox.

You can Tab through the panes and then arrow Up/Down in the respective panes. Still, it's pretty 'clunky' that way as [the Real LaunchBox] it's meant to be a Windows based keyboard and mouse application.

Yeah it takes me hitting tab 14 times to get to it, maybe I could do an ahk script where I tab 14 tabs in one key.

14? Really?  Anyway, I think you'd be better off with an inexpensive mouse.  Definitely don't need anything fancy.  A wheel mouse would be ideal. Being wireless has it benefits.

Oh I've got a wireless mouse lol, just sometimes I like using the keyboard sometimes the controller sometimes the mouse. I'm weird that way I guess. But I now have a script that does it all with a key including pressing ctrl + s to get side bar (because I usually use no side bar) and pressing tab 15 (it was 15 not 14) times, and I added that key to joytokey so my controller can do it too. Just one stroke and it goes from no side bar to sidebar with playlist.
