I turned off android games, every option there was as I don't have any android games installed (this is on the quest 3, sideloaded).  Everything else works fine.  Just this constant error on bootup that it can't parse my android games.  A Java.Lang.Illegal.Argument.Exception.  Every bootup, i can close it and it runs fine as far as i can tell.. it just seems to want to look for android games no matter that i told it not to.

I’m getting the same issue on my Quest 3, other than this everything is running amazing! I tried installing some classic Android games but nothing seems to fix the issue. It used to work just fine.

Here is a screenshot of the full error:

My first guess is that the way the Quest handles apps might be a bit different from the way regular Android does, which could be why the app is getting confused when trying to parse them.

However, just to confirm, what happens if you turn off the option to Show Android Apps? Does the error then go away?

Same thing.  I always disable the android app feature, I use it specifically for my retro games and don't want any android apps.  That's when i assumed something else was going on, every time I start the app that error pops up.  I confirmed a couple times that it shouldn't be parsing or showing anything android, just the specific game folder....  Thankfully, it doesn't keep launchbox from working.

My guess then is that even though the option is off, we must still do some kind of parsing of Android apps. We've marked it on the list to look at to see if we can better help with the Quest.
