djdaveoc22
I've been setting up Xemu and original Xbox emulation for my cab but as I test out games to make preview gameplay videos I've been noticing that a lot of these games are either just bad or don't emulate well in this program. So I was thinking I'll free up disk space by getting rid of this system/emulator completely and replace it with the PS3 and RPCS3. Has anyone used RPCS3 for PS3 emulation recently and if so, can you please let me know about the state of PS3 emulation? Is it worth it to put this system and emulator in my LB/BB cab? Do most of the good games work and is the emulation in a good state? I have very good hardware. I just upgraded to a whole new computer with a 14th gen I7, 16GB RAM, M.2 system SSD, SATA SSD for LB/BB games media etc., and 2070TI for the video card. I figured I'd ask before I spend a bunch of time setting up a system that may not work great. Any input is appreciated.
launchretrogirl2562
Definitely worth it. The emulator has a large list of playable games and the emulator is actively updated/developed: see here : https://rpcs3.net/compatibility
djdaveoc22
Thanks I think I will ditch the original Xbox. Xemu has problems with too many games and a lot of the games on this system just weren't good/fun IMO. Hopefully the RPCS3 compatibility list is more accurate than that of Xemu. They have probably at least 100 games that are listed as working but have major problems or don't boot at all.
