How do I just import one game to a system (MAME)?

I tried the "scan for added games" and it says "0 found".  I know it is a real ROM (MAME:  spacfuryb.zip).   It works fine when I load in MAME directly.  I know I can import again but it looks like it will try to import all games again and take a really long time.  Is there a way to just "add game" then just pick the ROM I want to add?

When in your Arcade platform, press Ctrl+N (add new game).  Fill in the proper title and press Enter. That'll start searching the database for the game and fill in the metadata.  Next go to the Launching section and Browse to that ROM file.  Import images and videos if you wish.  Click OK to save and close.

Another option is Tools < Import < then I believe the last option is Add New Game (same as Ctrl+N).
