Bug downloading video snaps?

I've been unable to figure out how to download video snaps from EmuMovies using using LaunchBox 13.21 (registered).  I had this working on an older computer, using older versions of the software, but on my brand new Win11 Pro build with nothing else on it, LaunchBox 13.21 does not seem to have any way to get videos for my games.  I verified my EmuMovies account is up to date, I'm able to download using EmuMovies Sync, and LaunchBox Settings -> Integrations -> EmuMovies shows it is able to successfully login to EmuMovies.  However, the "Download Metadata and Media" wizard only lists image types.  I've tried this from two computers, with the same result.

 

Is this a bug?  Should the LaunchBox Media Wizard be displaying options like "Video Snaps" or other video options?  The EmuMovies Sync app is really inconvenient, as it requires you to download one platform at a time, and it uses a different folder structure from LaunchBox, so I'd really like to get this working from LaunchBox if it's supported.

We get that list of media types directly from the EmuMovies API. Typically the reason you don't see video listed is because you don't have an active premium account with them which is what is required to get video snaps.

Thanks -- I was able to resolve this with help on the EmuMovies forum where they pointed out I needed to renew my EmuMovies subscription

Anyway, I was still confused for one more step after that, since the LaunchBox media download wizard provides two steps for selecting and downloading media.  I didn't see videos listed on the first step to download images (presumably from LaunchBox servers), but later noticed the wizard has a second media download page for EmuMovies which did include the video snaps, once I upgraded my account
