Update MAME every month - just noticed that "additional apps" records are duplicating

Hi. I download the latest MAME every month using Torrentcheck - then I do the MAME Arcade Full Set import and everything seems fine. But I've really just noticed that any rom with additional apps is duplicating entries. It might be the way I'm doing the import but has anyone seen this before? And is the best way to clean it up probably just to delete the platform and reimport? Thanks.

i always take my arcade.xml out of the data folder (also as a backup)

so i always start from scratch.

so move arcade.xml from [drive]:\Launchbox\Data\Platforms

do a full import.

uncheck all images downloads. and perform a full import.

takes 5 minutes.

Thanks a lot. I moved arcade.xml, deleted the platform from the front end, reimported and we have gone from a 226MB arcade.xml to a 21MB one. I much prefer the latter. Appreciate the help.
