faeran Posted Monday at 08:02 PM Author Posted Monday at 08:02 PM We have a beta out right now that fixes a number of crashes that we've been collecting since 1.19 has come out. It also fixes some user reported issues like @Vader. If you can, update to the beta and see if it fixes the issue you've had. Here's the full breakdown of what we've fixed: Fixed an issue where using the Jump To menu could cause the navigation wheel to get stuck on the chosen game Resolved a crash that could occur when entering a game view while the game list was still loading Addressed a startup error that could happen the first time the Alphanumeric Index was used Corrected a problem that sometimes caused a crash when changing a RetroArch core under Emulator Settings Fixed a startup crash that could happen if the LaunchBox theme folder was marked as read only We plan on this being a short hotfix release, so once we have some confirmation going, expect the release go out shortly after. Coman4 Posted Tuesday at 09:45 AM Posted Tuesday at 09:45 AM The new Android version 1.19 seems to have a bug where not everything in the app fits into the viewable area anymore, the top and bottom Android system bars overlap the text in the app. This was not an issue in earlier versions. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 5G SM-F926U1. Android 15. This is on the inner/unfolded/big screen. Quote
K_N_D Posted Tuesday at 11:25 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:25 AM The new fix did solve the core changing crash but it might be built upon an older version? Now the improved arcade filters is showing the whole arcade library. Quote

It will be fixed in the next release. 1 Quote

I assume that you have enabled the "Hide Top Status Bar" and "Hide Bottom Navigation Bar" options on the Settings page. Try to change these options and see the result. If nothing helps, then the issue is related to the Android API version. Quote
ChunkyLoverMark Posted Tuesday at 04:25 PM Posted Tuesday at 04:25 PM I think this is a bug, on The Grid-Instant Redux Boxes Grid it shows the cloud button on games that I've downloaded: Quote

Both of those are actually disabled, so seems like the viewing area is not adjusting properly with the bars present. When I enable them then the bars disappear and everything is displayed correctly. This used to work correctly on version 1.17, not sure about 1.18 as I skipped that one. Quote

I just tested, but the cloud icon updated accordingly. 1 hour ago, Coman4 said: Thanks for the suggestion. We've actually tracked down what the cause may be and it looks to be caused by an Android 15+ feature called Edge to Edge. Not really something you can do about it but once our app targets newer API versions, and the user is on Android 15+ this issue starts to appear and we have to find a solution. We are currently working on this right now. 1 Quote
