ThailandLover8 Posted Thursday at 09:54 PM Posted Thursday at 09:54 PM Hi, I recently bought a HDMI cable to connect to my 4K (3840x2160) TV to use as a second display with my PC. I’ve managed to get BigBox on the TV, and everything else works fine except for the fact that the platform videos (I use Colorful 4K) hang for a couple seconds, then play a glitched version. It does the same thing when I tried switching to Colorful HD, and the videos work fine when I moved the window to my 1080p (1920x1080) monitor. I’ve tried refreshing the image cache but nothing seems to change. I’ve got the TV set in 4K resolution with a 225% scale in Windows settings at 60 Hz extended as a second display. What can I do here to fix this? Quote
skizzosjt Posted Thursday at 11:40 PM Posted Thursday at 11:40 PM with both displays hooked up try and play the videos from Windows Explorer but make sure the videos are opening up on the 4K TV (rather than the 1080p one). takes Big Box out of the equation. do they "glitch" when played? if so then have just the 4K TV hooked up and try and play the videos from Window Explorer, still a problem? if so, that TV, its settings, or cable is the culprit. If you have Nvidia graphics card you can set it in the control panel. Quote
