Japanese Sega won't load

I am trying to load Japanese Sega CD with Retroarch.  They won't load.  The US roms load fine.  I have MegaCD Model 1 BIOS V1.01 (J) (Dec 1991).bin. and jp_mcd1_9112.bin in the system folder of Retroarch.

Old topic but still doesn't work. My japan bios are names correctly and have the checkmark in RA.

Got it working. I guess I wasn't hitting the correct button. I have to hit start on gamepad not B or A.
