Ok, simple(?) but very complicated, switching analogs when playing MARIO 64.

A person has been trying to help me on Reddit, but I still cannot get this.

When playing Mario 64. How can I just switch the left analog with the right in game as I am more comfortable using the right when playing in Retroarch?

To do what exactly? To move Mario, or to move the camera? N64 only had the single analog stick so if you just want that stick to be reflected on the right just change input settings and save a game override.
