problem uploading artwork

Hi just wondering if anyone else is having problems up loading artwork

Yeah and me.  I added a missing 3D box to an existing game and the change status shows it as a new game entry with the box missing.

*Note

 

This error does not affect attaching images when adding/submitting new games to the db, only changing or adding images to games already in the DB

Thanks guys for letting us know. I've sent this to the attention of the web dev and we will fix this up as soon as we can.

still not working for me .if it helps on friday when it all went wrong the website came up with a message saying bad gateway just before i noticed the art was not showing

I have the same issue.  All the artwok is rejected for no reason and the data displayed in the Changes Status tab is wrong.

Got the same message too, now that I think of it.

The problem should be fixed. Let us know if anyone is still experiencing this.

We are investigating the possibility to see if we can push through some of the submissions that happened during this problematic period, but so far it looks like we may not have enough data to go by.

Uploded a couple of assets for different games and everything worked flawlessly.
