Launchbox Crash/Freeze when browsing Library and has distortion of music 13.23

As stated after upgrading from 13.12 to 13.23 my lb installation will crash or freeze simply browsing the library and does so every time. I have noticed it might be related to music playback as the update made the music that plays when selecting a title have some crackle when starting the song. Also, removing the music folder completely has alleviated the crashes but this means I wont be able to download music for games imported moving forward without lb becoming unusable.

It would be great if you could run through the steps outlined there, so that it resolves your issue. If not, feel free to drop some details on that post so we can evaluate it with the other similar reports to try and get to the bottom of it for you.
