how to launch jgenesis in launchbox

when i tried to set up the emu in launchbox when  i try to launch all i see is the cmd prompt  for one second and then it goes away

I've had this happen before... "cmd prompt  for one second" it happens when data isn't available.

You're missing a file.

I don't know exactly what you want to install. EMU?!  An emulator you want to install on Launchbox?

@Gygoracdes no this thread is talking about JGENESIS specfically which is a newer currently more obsecure emulator i am struggling to figure out how to launch it with launchbox

Okay... but you might be able to install it this way, or at least use it with Launchbox.

if you haven't tried this yet... go to Launchbox - Tools - Manage - Emulators.

There you might be able to use Jgenesis.

@Gygoracdes ive extensively tried to do things in manage emulators to try and get jgenesis to work without it working if anyone else can get jgenesis to launch from launchbox id like to see it

I only tested 1 gen rom but i use the cli.exe for my emulator exe. And put -f in the default command line and worked. I did use the gui standalone to set my settings for full screen. Hope this helps.

doesnt work for me still crashes after launch

oh this actually did work but i had to remove the default command lines on the indivdual systems thanks for the help!
