Feature Request: Bulk Edit Wizard - Retroarch Core Selector

During a Bulk change when choosing an Emulator if Retroarch is selected is it possible to add Core selection as well.

No.  Cores are only set on a per emulator basis. 

To set them per game, you'd need to set the games' custom command-line override parameter(s) in its Emulation section.  And those can't be changed using the Bulk Edit Wizard either.

However, you can use this plugin to bulk change the command lines [of the selected games].
