Launchbox crashing when searching for images

Launchbox recently started crashing anytime I use the search function for images/video within the edit menu. I tried rolling back the version and also reinstalling 13.24 and it still crashes, so something appears to be corrupted.

Here is the error message:

 

Any ideas of what I can do to fix?

Thanks for the update. I'll try some of the workarounds for now. Good to know that it is a known issue
