Clear Logos not automatically downloading

Clear Logos are not downloading on auto import, and also not when selecting Update Metadata and Media for Selected Games. I've ensured all clear logo boxes are checked, I've also tried toggling them off and on. Clear logos successfully auto download when importing games manually, and I'm able to download them by editing manually and hitting download media. I've had this issue for a few months now, not sure when it started.

That's an odd behavior. I know that for automatic ROM downloads the media options are found under Tools > Options > Media > Automatic Imports Media

So, you'll want to make sure those options are set properly to your liking.

I few moments ago I just ran a few imports and specifically downloaded some clear logos during them. Can you give some examples of platforms your importing and which regional games you usually have in your sets?

Yeah I have clear logos selected in those options as well. I actually just tested again now and I'm noticing something additional. A new game I added from Steam was failing to add the clear logo like how I described. But another steam game I added a week ago which I had the same issue with, is now working. Same with a Wii game I just added, didn't work. But one from 3 days ago is working.

I closed launchbox and opened it again, now the newly added games are able to get the clear logo like expected. Not sure what this means.
