Yeah I have clear logos selected in those options as well. I actually just tested again now and I'm noticing something additional. A new game I added from Steam was failing to add the clear logo like how I described. But another steam game I added a week ago which I had the same issue with, is now working. Same with a Wii game I just added, didn't work. But one from 3 days ago is working. I closed launchbox and opened it again, now the newly added games are able to get the clear logo like expected. Not sure what this means.

Clear Logos are not downloading on auto import, and also not when selecting Update Metadata and Media for Selected Games. I've ensured all clear logo boxes are checked, I've also tried toggling them off and on. Clear logos successfully auto download when importing games manually, and I'm able to download them by editing manually and hitting download media. I've had this issue for a few months now, not sure when it started.

Possibly also related, I have a game I added in the past week, it correctly tracked my playtime but the last played date has reset to never. Another game I added in the last week has had its favorite status, completed status, played date and played time reset to 0. It's kept all of its other added metadata so it's not that the game got deleted and re-added.

I'm having this issue as well with the new beta. I haven't tested what exactly triggers it but I have confirmed that it's not limited to steam games. I've had situations where I mark Completed, click away, then go back in the same session and it's back to In Progress.

I'm on the newest beta. Is it working for you?

Seems to be for every new trailer, including ones for older games, that has been released since mid-September or so. For example I get the 404 error when trying to download the trailer for Marvel Rivals. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I'm getting 404 error when attempting to download trailers for most recent releases that I've tried with the metadata downloader. I'm able to download trailers without error for all older releases. Here's some examples of failed ones: Fellowship, Ball X Pit, Absolum, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound, Strange Antiquities

Yeah it is installed on an external ExFat drive. Would it work if I dragged everything into that core directory or something, or is there no workaround and I'd need to ensure it's an NTFS drive?

When using Big Box, the default theme CriticalZoneV2 gives an error saying it can't find its files in the Launchbox\Core\Themes folder. The 2 plugins I've tried also give errors trying to find files in that Launchbox\Core folder. The folder exists and has all of the actual program files, however everything else just goes in the root Launchbox folder, e.g. Launchbox\Themes and Launchbox\Data instead of Launchbox\Core\Themes and Launchbox\Core\Data. I reinstalled the application with default settings and the same structure is replicated. Is this normal behavior?
