[request] Game deleted event

Hi, I am developing a plugin that needs to know when a game has been deleted, so that it can delete any plugin data associated to that game.

I would appreciate it if a GameDeleted event type could be introduced - either in the existing SystemEventTypes class or a new GameEventTypes class.
