Launchbox Stuck Downloading Images from Emumovies Indefinitely for One Game

I was doing an update of the media for all the games in one platform, Gameboy, using the wizard "update metadata and media for selected games. The process kept going on indefinitely and kept generating thousands errors when downloading from Emumovies. The error was "cannot create media when file already exists". This causes the download process to never end and keeps downloading duplicate images for the game indefinitely. also using a lot of internet bandwidth.

This is regardless if the setting for image download limit per group or "do not download existing media" options. Oddly this only affected one game, "Pokemon - Yellow Version - Special Pikachu Edition (USA, Europe) (CGB+SGB Enhanced)". During my troubleshooting I went game by game and row by row in my list of Gameboy games, repeating the same process to hunt down the issue. Deleting all images and media for the game manually did not fix the issue. What I did find  that it works is if I go into the "edit metadata / media" for the game itself and do the "download media" option. There, I get no errors and the process completes correctly for this game.

I have not gone into any other platforms to see if other games exhibit this issue. Right now I am not in need of updating the media for other platforms. In either case, I assume this could happen to other games in other platforms. I figured I should report it here and see if someone else has had similar problems with the latest 13.27 Launchbox version.
