What device do you use? It will also be useful if you enable logs on the Settings page -> reproduce the issue again -> send the log file here. I could investigate it and fix it in the following beta. There is no limit to the number of roms if you have a license Quote

Vader Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago @johnnyskullhead Here are some tips: If you want to use retroarch, you need to use the version from their website. The google play store version does not work with Launchbox because it has not been updated in years. Make sure you download the correct version, they have a 32bit version and 64bit. I am not sure why type of system an odin is, so you would have to check on this. Once installed make sure you select Retroarch (sideloaded) 64bit or 32bit as the default emulator and then whatever core you plan to use. Make sure that you download that same core inside retroarch. This should allow you to use retroarch mame to run mame games. On another note, that is also mame4droid, this can be downloaded from the playstore. If you want to use this one, download the one that says current. This is the android version of the windows mame emulator. In my opinion, this one is better for Mame emulation on Android because it uses the same code as the windows version. Also, whenever the windows version is updated, the developer updates the app accordingly, so you will always have the latest version of mame. Another advantage I have noticed is that mame4droid will play CHD games ( i.e. nfl blitz, Killer Instinct, etc) at near arcade speeds (at least that is what I have experienced on my phone). However, for whatever reason the retroarch version cannot play these games, even though the games will load, they will play so slow the game is unplayable. The one negative I have noticed about mame4droid is that if you are using a merged set of mame roms, and want to use Launchbox to run clones of games (listed in the game menu as additional versions), Mame4droid will not load them. If you really want to get this to work, you would have to create dummy files of the clone games in your mame roms directory. Once these files are there, you can select mame clones and it will work. These files will not take up space on your hard drive, but it will bloat your rom directory. Example, If you have the jungle hunt merged rom and want to play jungle king (a clone of Jungle Hunt). You would have to create an empty file titled junglek.zip and place it in your roms directory, once there, you can launch jungle king from the game menu as a clone and Mame4droid will recognize it. I know that this is a lot, but I hope it helps Quote
