Change Platform Theme Video

I know in the past I would go into Tools > Downloads > Platform Theme and change the video per theme, or all if needed. Now when I try to do that, it never changes. The themes download correctly but they don’t change the video. Tried changing individually, and all with no luck.I verified I am on the default overall theme. Am i missing something or is it possibly broken? I am on version 12.27.

When you say the "themes" download correctly, I presume you mean the "videos" (or 'video themes').
Double check the platform's (or platform category or playlist) Video Path that you updated the video for (under edit - platform).  Make sure it has the correct path and video file.  e.g.  \Videos\Platforms\Arcade.mp4   

When you download a new video, the old file will get replaced, as each one (platform etc.) can only have 1 video assigned to it.   Because of this, it makes it sound like maybe the video isn't downloading correctly?  You can look in the \Videos\Platforms\ folder and look at the file dates as they'll be the date they were downloaded.

Thank you! It was a me issue. It looks like it did change it for some reason I thought that in that download box it showed what was the active video but all it did was show the first video in the available drop down. Wish it showed the active video or different location to manage active platform videos better.

I think that would be nary impossible to do unless they [totally?] revamped that part of the system (app).  Since the video saves as e.g. /Platforms/Arcade.mp4, they'd need to get and compare the hash value of the file or save the filename as something that reflects the platform and the specific video. (or some other means)  There is always the Preview button.
