Starwind Amada Posted 20 hours ago Posted 20 hours ago (edited) I added SNES9X to my list of emulators and the only associated platform is the SNES. For some reason, when I click on a game, it doesn't see the emulator. If I right click on a game, the emulator doesn't appear in the menu. Two other emulators do work normally (for other platforms). I have checked and SNES9X is indeed the only emulator connected to SNES but Launchbox won't actually connect it to the ROMs. Edited 20 hours ago by Starwind Amada Quote

In the Associated Platforms section for your SNES9X emulator, is the "SNES" platform ('Super Nintendo Entertainment System'?) spelled the exact same as your actual platform's name? Is the Default Emulator box checked? If you edit one of your SNES games, in the Emulation section, is Use Emulator checked and is SNES9X selected? Quote

I had changed it from "Super Nintendo Entertainment System" to "Nintendo SNES" to keep it with the other Nintendo platforms alphabetically (I wanted it under N instead of S). I went into Associated Platforms and changed it to that new name and now the ROMs connect to the emulator. Thanks. 1 Quote

I set mine to "ninendo eo" (because "o" comes after "n") so it shows after NES. Quote
Starwind Amada Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago Now it's happening with PCSX2 except this time in Associated Platforms it says "Sony PlayStation 2" exactly like it does in the platform list on the left. I right click on a game and the emulator doesn't appear in the menu and double-clicking on the game gives me a message about the path to the emulator not being found. Quote
