How to get discount on Android License?

I saw you folks were running a promotion again. I already have a lifetime windows license. How do I get the discount for the Android license?
When I add to cart it remains full price. Not sure If I would ever use it my current android needs are being met but wanted to support future development.

The promotion for the LaunchBox 13-year celebration you saw ended yesterday.

Historically, there's a sale event that occurs around Thanksgiving. No promises it'll happen this year. But can check again then.
