Hello, I need account help. I use a password saver on my devices. I guess I haven't been logged in to Launchbox/Bigbox in a while. When I select forgot password, I get "ERROR. An unexpected error occurred while processing your request." I am, unable to login to my launchbox. And cannot update anything. Note, I purchased lifetime license. I can login here with my user info. doesn't recognize my email on website or in the software. I do not see anywhere else to request for support as my license came from a purchases@ etc.
