Set all platforms to open games after exactly 5 seconds

I've created my own startup theme with some animations and I'd like my entire collection of games to open cleanly after exactly 5 seconds.

I've determined already that all my emulators can easily open games in less than 5 seconds.

With all the new options available since recent updates I am getting even more confused than before as to what to enable or what times to set per emulator.

Is there an easy 1 fits all setting(s) that would just allow me to do that? (Seems like full screen emulators don't allow for customisation, at least that I am aware of)

If not are there any best practices?
