Amazon Games login not working

I can't login to Amazon Games via the manage storefronts tool - it prompts me for username, password, and 2FA, then goes to Amazon homepage and just sits.  A popup does come because I have a passkey set.  I've tried using the passkey (skips to 2FA) and cancelling out, either way it gets to the Amazon page and just sits there instead of recording the session or whatever goes on in the backend.
