jtravapd Posted Thursday at 07:32 AM Posted Thursday at 07:32 AM (edited) In the video below I show you why I would recommend adding a second "sensor panel" type screen to your Gaming PC or even your home Arcade. In the video below I show you , my original sensor panel that now i run on my Arcade , and I show you some things that can be done with an even larger screen (im using the 14.5in Corsair Xenon screen), but disable the ICUE connection and just use the screen as a second windows screen in extend mode. I like to know my temps, volts, usage, and on and on for my machines, which is why I have it on my Arcade (cheap amazon 8.5inch screen), and the 14.5 inch screen on my gaming PC. -On my gaming PC, I am running sensor panel (with HWINFO64) for a nice looking design instead of it being on my gaming screen. I also show you my Core Parking Tracker app I created because my OCD always needs to know if I'm gaming are my non V-cache cores parking properly and the game is running on the proper Vcache gaming cores. - while I run the above 24/7, the screen changes depending on what I need it for. The second benefit is making it a DIGITAL MARQUEE for whatever front end you might be using. In the video im showing it working with BIGBOX because its easiest, but it does work with all of them. - A less used, and unfortunately I didn't film, the screen can be used as a digital dashboard for almost every vehicle made for most of the newer racing games that allow mods. ( I only downloaded a few digital dashboards just to test it out with my racing mount setup, but it is pretty awesome.) Here is a video showing off what I tried to explain above poorly. lol. I embedded the video into this post so your not being taken to my channel or chasing views etc. you can watch right here in the message board. If anyone has any more ideas for things they may have created or done, please post below and show it off. I just personally didn't like any of the apps through ICUE, which is why I recommend disabling it, and just use it as a 2nd screen in windows. dragon57 Posted Thursday at 04:20 PM Posted Thursday at 04:20 PM Many thanks for that. I have long thought of doing that, but haven't yet. This is quite inspiring. Quote
jtravapd Posted Thursday at 09:50 PM Author Posted Thursday at 09:50 PM Thanks brother, appreciate the feedback. I wish I could have shown you guys the car dashboards. But I think most people just go with letting ICUE run the Xenon screen and while some people like it, I much rather it be used for many different things. Quote
jtravapd Posted Thursday at 09:52 PM Author Posted Thursday at 09:52 PM Here are just two examples of what some of the dashboards look like for racing games, one is a FordGT, another can be used for any vehicle. Quote
