Unofficial RetroAchievements 1G1R DATs and CUEs/GDIs. 10 November 2024

About This File

These are 1G1R (1 Game 1 Rom) DAT files that are used with rom managers such as ClrMamePro and RomVault to scan for RetroAchievements-compatible roms in your collection. There are also CUE and GDI files that are compatible with the DATs. These will be updated beginning of every month and if there's any major issues/problems that need to be fixed that can't wait for the next month, I'll fix and update them ASAP. Please feel free to notify me of any errors/problems you encounter and/or suggestions you may have.

Hey guys. Sorry for the long wait for the new version. Had a hectic busy month. Added and changed a quite a few things to the DATs.

  • Added all new games that have received cheevos since 1 July 2024.
  • Added GameCube DAT and it should be up-to-date with no games missing but let me know if there's any missing or incorrect hashes. The games in the DAT are in ReDump ISO format for now. but I am looking into making a RVZ DAT in the future.
  • Added <Homepage> and <URL> link entries to every DAT's Header to link to the RA website homepage and to the Game List of each DAT's respective platform on the site. Also added <URL> link entries to every game in all the DATs to link to that game's page on the website. This isn't 100% complete across all DATs yet but I am adding more as I go along with updates. These Homepage and URL entries have no effect in any rom manager program as far as I've seen and as such, they can only be seen and used within the DATs themselves. Feel free to have a look at them with NotePad++ if you wish.
  • Changed the "Retail" category to "Official".

I may only be able to release new versions of these DATs beginning of every month after this version unless there's 1 or more major issues with any of the DATs but I'll try to release new versions more often than that if I possibly can. If anyone wants to help add more game page URLs to the DATs, feel free to ask me on Discord or LB forums and we can discuss it.

A truly essential tool to manage roms for RetroAchievements, which I still find hard to believe they don't provide themselves

Thanks, I used your 1.5 dats to help make the “Onion RetroAchievements Pack” for Miyoo Mini Plus on Internet Archive and couldn’t have done it without your hard work.

I know you’ve switched to the no-intro naming convention for v2 and it makes sense but I hope you keep the short titles of 1.5 as an option somehow. Would also be cool if hacks, homebrew, and so on went into corresponding folders instead of using the prefix. These are just my personal preferences and I appreciate whatever we get.

I just want to express my sincere gratitude for everything you've done. Your updates and bug fixes have been spot on, and I've tested almost all the DAT files with great results. Everything works perfectly, except for a few specific cases that you’re already helping me sort out.
