  1. I would like to add that I would also be willing to purchase another lifetime license for a version of Launchbox on SteamDeck. Even though solutions like ES-DE don't compare to the quality and fluidity of Launchbox, it's still a better alternative than installing Windows on a handheld device. A suggestion to @Jason Carr, please consider launching a funding campaign (Feature Bounties). Considering the investment necessary to operate in this port (and of course, considering future support and maintenance). Reaching the value, victory. If not, the value will return to potential investors. It's a win-win. It would be really awesome to be able to enjoy LB on SteamDeck.
  2. Yeah! I meant the Play Store version being constantly outdated in comparisson to the oficial one available on RA website. Thank you for explaining, I did the right thing for once installing the website version.
  3. Hey Jason, thank you for your input and for the great piece of software Launchbox has alwas been. Regarding the deletion, I didn't test deleting an entire platform and I agree it would be very easy to remove the media since it would be just a matter of removing the entire platform media folder. If possible, please try removing just one single game. It would reflect the scenario I ran into here. The challenge is that I needed to write down the name of the games to remove this files from six different folders (front, back, cartridge...). I hope the `Clean up` option (present on PC) sometime reach the mobile version.
  4. Hey folks, Oit of curiosity, I read about the Android version being constantly outdated and stepped forward downloading directly from oficial website. But during initial setup I saw that RetroArch Plus is recommended. Should I step back and remove the sideloaded version using play store instead? Is there non-obvious advantages? Thank you
  5. Hey guys, I just started to use the Android version and I'm enjoying a lot. Running the latest version and with I bought a premium key. The only issue I'm facing is related to downloaded media. I deleted a SNES game and confirmed that I wanted to remove all associated media. None was deleted. I checked on file manager and both video and images was still present on launchbox folders. Is there any workaround? Backgroung: Android 12 Samsung Galaxy S22 - Snapdragon Version 1.0 Thank you
  6. Oh I got it. So after renaming, If I import a new game for this platform it goes on the new folder instead on adding to the old one. Makes sense. Thank you.
  7. Thank you @Retro808. It's more clear now. The only thing confusing is why LB creates a empty folder inside Games with the new name? Will it be used in anyway?
  8. Hey all, I got very excited on the lastest changelog regarding adjusts renaming the platforms. "New Feature: When editing platforms and changing the platform name, you'll now be prompted to optionally change all the platform folder names, and also optionally migrate all media (from the poll)" But I noticed that when renaming it creates a "Games\[newname]" empty folder but doesn't move the roms nor adjust the "launching" field. Is this expected? Thank you!
  9. Thank you, I'll try to install steam later and report here as well.
  10. Hey @Good_King_Applesauce, I Just tried both default interface and BigBox, the only buttons that seems to work it's 'B' and navigation. Have you tried using Steam as @fromlostdays suggested? I have a huge Launchbox collection on my laptop but at this moment I don't have Steam installed here. Thank you.
  11. Hey ItchyRobot, not sure if my scenario can help you but the only thing I did was to structure the Emulators instead of all of them on the same directory. I attached a screenshot here in case it can shed some light.
  12. Great summary, thanks a lot CDBlue. I'm following DOS76 advice and organizing the emulators hierarchically. These definitely will be present on this tree. I'll try as possible to alternate between the RA core and standalone to get my own impressions but the feedback from you guys its already helping to know the route to follow. Thank you all.
  13. Would like this feature as well. Only now I realized there are games an old collection on the web. Sync with the actual library status would be very handy.
  14. Gold tip. I should have done this from beginning but will reorganize this way now. Thank you.
  15. Kudos Lordmonkus! I really appreciate, that's gonna help me to clear some standalone emulators I downloaded for cores. Thank you.
