  1. UPDATE: A Workaround For anyone that finds this thread. Start Steam, connect your PS4/5 or Nintendo Switch controller with Bluetooth and go to Steam settings and then the section for Game controller. If Steam recognizes your PS or Nintendo controller you're good to go. BigBox works and emulators work. The issues went away, so far. So, until LB gets a fix/update, have Steam on in the background. *Edited to mention this is for wireless connecting with Bluetooth
  2. Be great to see a playlist of Translated games. English Rom hacks, for example. Sorry if that's too niche. That's what I'd like to see! Created my own dynamic playlist for them, so I can remember to try them out.
  3. Having same issue. Set emulators to my new Switch Pro controller only to find out BigBox doesn't work with it. My other controller is PS5, so I'm s.o.l. ? I don't complain and hardly ever comment. But this got me frustrated and disappointed enough to write. Launchbox/BigBox are my favorite launchers by far. And it's not even close. I paid for lifetime license. Wish it had SDL2! my setup would be ready to go already.
  4. Thanks! Unfortunately, I have a Nintendo Switch Pro and LB/BB still don't work correctly with SDL controllers yet. Not sure why since BigPEmu and Retroarch can use SDL. That means Controller Mappings don't work for me. I can't use BigBox with the controller at all. Your suggestion to do inside BigPEmu was a great workaround! Binded a button to Menu and can go to Exit now. But one thing: I had to remove -localdata from the Command Line parameter before the Menu button would work on my gamepad! LB automatically put that in there, but I took it out. Strange thing, but it works now. Many thanks!
  5. I have same issue. Anyone figure this out? How to Quit BigPEmu from the gamepad??
  6. I'm wondering, too! Does this work? I'd like to start Antimicro app automatically if BigBox exits. This could allow controller to be used as a mouse on the desktop.
  7. Hello, in case anyone sees this and needs help with CXBX Reloaded, this is what worked for me with the most recent version of the emulator as of right now: The emulator auto loads the game now as long as you point Launchbox to the default.xbe file There is also an alternative you can use if you want to compress the game's files. All you do is either rename the default.xbe to default.cue OR you can copy the default.xbe file and paste it in the same directory and rename it ANYTHING.cue All that matters is that the file extension is CUE and launchbox will send it to the emulator and it will automatically load. As far as making it go fullscreen and being able to exit, this script works for my system: Sleep, 3000 Send !{enter} $Esc:: { Send {f6} Send !{f4} Return } Put it in the Running AutoHotKey Script tab and you're good to go! ***Unless things work for you, be sure that the emulator's Video config settings has Use Exclusive Fullscreen Mode UNCHECKED *** On my system that causes issues and the game screen goes black and the emulator won't close without using Task Manager to End Task. Hope that all makes sense and helps someone!
  8. Hello, I have the same issue. Not sure how many are missing, but noticed that Launchbox didn't add Ys I & II Chronicles even though it should have. Any help out there would be appreciated!
