@MadK9 Sorry for my previous posts I solved my issue by removing 1941.ini file on my Mame folder I don't know when and why this file is appearing in my mame folder?😕 Finaly your patch work great! Thanks!

All games seems to work perfectly, I have issue only with the 1941 game. 🙁
