  1. So grateful! Thank you for your attention and time!
  2. I just did a launchbox update and the pcsx2 configurator no longer appears as a selection when I right click. Also, when I right click on a game in LB that had a configuration set up and select Configure it tells me there is no path to it. I double checked, all the config info is still in the inis folder of the pcsx2 directory so that did keep me from jumping out a window. I tried to reinstall the configurator but it didn't change anything. Should I just wait for the new version you're working on to be released and put my configurating on hold for now? Thank you so much for the hard work on this stuff! - mike
  3. Hello, I have been spending a lot of time the last few weeks setting up/configuring games for playstation 2 in launchbox. Today for the first time I tried to launch the games from Bigbox and what I got was a blank screen but I could hear the audio. I realized the PCSX2 window was playing underneath the Bigbox window...I looked all around to find a solution for this but I seem to be the only one that has this problem. This is the only emulator I have this issue with inside Bigbox, and I should add that I do not have this issue when launching PCSX2 from Launchbox. Any thoughts from those more experienced than I? thank you! - mike
  4. thank you sir, i will look into this tonight
  5. yes sir, i've only set up a few systems so far, i'm very new to this. i hadn't heard of CP78, i looked it up...so, you're saying you use CP78 along with the mame emulator? do you use CP78 for other systems as well? it looks tricky to set up... thank you very much for your quick reply!
  6. Hello Everett, I have been struggling to get the RCA Studio II games working on my system...it just flashes a screen that says "initializing" that immediately disappears. I feel I'm close, I was wondering if you could tell me how you got as far as you did up til you made this post? I currently have the bios in the MAME roms folder...on the cmd line i have studio2 -cart...ive tried using the roms both as .st2 and as their zip files, neither work. I can't seem to even get as far as the scrambled screen you mentioned. if i could get a hint id be grateful....thank you for your time!
  7. and also, after i got that part squared away and continuing to follow the instructions on the other thread, i was able to get the bally astrocade working after 4 days of struggling. thanks again!
  8. thank you all for your input and helping confirm that i did in fact screw that up. mess is cleaned up, moving forward
  9. yes. exactly i guess i just need to know what launchbox files are supposed to be there so i can delete the remainder...this is the first emulator i have installed in there, retroarch is installed elsewhere.
  10. hello! I'm only a week into this launchbox adventure and there's so much to learn, im trying to keep up...i am grateful for all the online tutorials. I have been wrestling with setting up bally astrocade and in the process i dl'd the exe for mame64, placed it in the launchbox emulators folder and probably stupidly commenced extracting everything right there. Meanwhile im following another thread on here regarding the bally setup and im seeing that im supposed to set up a mame.ini directly inside the MAME folder. well...i don't have one since it extracted everything right into the emulators folder. which led me to believe that i didn't set it up correctly, and that i now have a mess on my hands inside that emulators folder that im not sure how to clean up if i wanted to uninstall and redo the mame setup....im not sure which folders from launchbox were there to begin with, etc. ive been struggling with the bally setup for about 4 days so i'm admitting defeat and asking for any help, which would be greatly appreciated! thank you.
