hey, just wanted to let everyone know... I was able to finally update the firmware on my k63 and so far so good!! no issues with slow load times and etc, I'll try to report back in a week or so to let anyone know if it starts up again.

Reading through the thread now to learn more about this theme (which I love very much BTW thank you!!) one quick question and I may find it in my reading through...As I scroll the "Platforms" all of the platforms are plain text, not logos...should these be logos? For Example the nintendo platform should it be the Nintendo logo and not just a plain white text entry? I have all the packs downloaded and installed, those appear to be working properly.

I kept attempting to update the firmware on mine (k63 paired with a lapboard) and found the next bit of fun...apparently these things are also known for not updating the firmware I did some research today and found a few methods to try as well as revisions of firmware for me. If I can get mine updated I'll re-test and see if it makes a difference at all. I'd prefer to keep this keyboard and mouse setup I have as it's perfect for couch gaming FPS games

did anyone figure out if a specific firmware helped.... I just ran in to this issue myself I have a corsair keyboard and mouse, no iCue installed and without them plugged in everything works as it should, plugged in they render launchbox and emulators useless (slow loadingg roms may or may not load, if they do load it takes a loooooong time etc)

Ahh I somewhat see now. Trying to lay this out best for BigBox so trying to see how they will show up to make it was friendly as possible. I stumbled on this thought as I noticed I purchased a game recently it didn't show up in launchbox, so I tried to audit with no luck, then I did an import...and ended up with doubles of everything on steam lol, so though well if I am going to re-do it I might as well figure out how to do it best.

Mine just seems to add them all to windows when I go to tools, import, steam games... So when I add GOG for example, it gets added to Computers, windows. When I add epic, it also puts it in Computers, windows Where yours shows Almost what I would like, but I'd almost like to do Computers -----Amiga -----Commodore 64 -----MS-DOS -----Windows (each of these next being subs under windows, but when on windows it shows all games in each category under windows) ----------Amazon ----------Epic ----------Origin ----------Steam ----------Twitch

I've been putting off setting up launchbox / bigbox forever lol, but having to bounce back and forth between all the services and etc kinda broke the camels back. I'm trying to see the best way to add all the PC Games I have installed...but....in a way that is like the console games section where you have consoles and then sub categories for each console, but the main consoles view shows all games. So for example, Windows would be the main category showing all games from all providers, but then I can have a sub category for Steam showing only steam games, epic, twitch, origin, gog, amazon, uplay and so on. And does launchbox in the main "Windows" view show the provider / service for the game? The main reason for needing to do this is I have several thousand games.... lol (I collect physical games too to make matters worse) I tried dragging and dropping, and looking through the tools menu...I'm prob missing something stupidly simple for this
