  1. I'm having the same issue, and I'd love to know a solution to making the window active automatically.

Cool - thanks! I will give those a try and see how it goes.

THANK YOU FOR SHARING!! Love it! I had to rename my magazine files to match, but totally worth it. Is there also a way to play music in the background while reading magazines? I guess that would be difficult to setup, since it's opening and closing Sumarta. I wish I could just set it to play background music continuously while I'm browsing in my Magazines platform. Thanks if you can share any ideas of how that might be possible.

So I've added Nintendo Power magazines to my collection, and took some time to remove an extra image file in each magazine that was making it display incorrectly in book view. However for some reason when I use comicbelt utility to export the cover pages, it's not working. This worked fine with other magazines. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or any other options I'm overlooking, or software I should try? Also, while I'm viewing magazines in Bigbox, is there a way to add a music theme in the background while I'm actually skimming through the pages? I also read it was possible to eliminate the PLAY button, hide all the unneeded rom options on the left side, and magazines would just open up when selected? Thanks if anyone could help me a little further

I love being able to add electronic gaming magazines to Launchbox. I use CDisplayEX to open and view them. However, is there a better way that allows me to still use my game pad to view them? I don't want to be forced to use the keyboard, when all my other games and navigation can be done with the game pad. Thanks if anyone can help!
  7. This emulator looks amazing in HDR and with reshade, and works great with my xbox gamepad. I can play the games fine and they look great, however, I've noticed I'm unable to hit "escape" and exit the emulator until I mouse click on the screen. Immediately when I do that, the HDR no longer works, but I'm able to play and then exit the game with the escape key. Can someone tell me how to exit with the gamepad or the escape key, without having to interact with the mouse? Sorry if this is confusing. But basically I can't play the game in HDR and exit the game with my controller, whether using Bigbox or not. It's like there's an overlaying window (or another window underneath causing the issue because it's a dos emulator?) and it's not allowing me to close it properly. Maybe if I had a script that would close supermodel.exe and the sega model 3 UI.exe at the same time? Thanks if you can help!
  8. Thanks for sharing, but this doesn't quite work correctly for me. It does shut down the emulator and returns me to Bigbox, but then I don't have control with my gamepad. I have to use my mouse and click on the screen once, before I can resume control with my gamepad. When I exit other emulators, I instantly still have control of Bigbox. Is there something else that can be done to alleviate this issue or am I overlooking something? Thanks if anyone can help!
  9. Can someone please tell me which themes support cartridge views in big box? I'd prefer 3d cartridges, but even the 2d cartridges I'd be happy with. Is it possible to view cartridges in the default theme? I can't find it anywhere in the settings. Thanks if you can help!
  10. Thanks - but that only seemed to help for maybe one or two platforms. Most of my boxes are flipping, but the flip to the front again. Another question - I thought I remember seeing the cartridges too, and I was able to flip those. Is that only possible depending on what theme you are using? Can you tell me which themes allow you to see cartridges as well? Thanks!
  11. Thanks - Can you tell me how to enable the 2D boxes that flip in Bigbox? I feel like it's confusing when all along I've had the option to flip boxes, but I never saw anywhere that specifically said 3D boxes can't be flipped. On a separate note - is it possible to exit a PC game with a running script so I can quit the game with one press of a button on my gamepad?
  12. Hmm, in the past I could have sworn using the default theme and being able to flip the boxes. Also, why does it have the option to flip box if it's not possible? Definitely confusing unless it specifically says that somewhere and I overlooked it. Maybe I used to have 2D boxes enabled? So how do I view 2D boxes in Bigbox so that I can flip them again? THanks for your help!
  13. Thanks Jason! I'm going to be testing it out quite a bit over the next few days, so I'll let you know. One issue I can't resolve on mine right now - the 3D boxes won't flip to the back cover in LaunchBox or in BigBox. They use to work fine a few months ago. Actually they appear to flip, but they flip directly to the front cover again. All images are located in the directories as they were downloaded. Any ideas what could be causing the issue? I've refreshed the image cache, and used the tools to clean the media images - over 120k duplicates found and not all could be deleted which I thought was really strange. Anyways, I just posted about this in the troubleshooting forum and posted a couple of screenshots. Please let me know if you can help. Thanks!
  14. I'm on the latest stable release of 12.14. This issue has been ongoing for a while and I don't know how to fix it. 3D boxes flip from front to front, but won't flip to show the back of the box. This feature worked perfectly a few months ago, so I'm not sure what's causing the issue. I've tried refreshing the image cache but no luck. The images are downloaded in the directories. Is there a certain way to prioritize the images that makes them function correctly? I also just tried tools, and cleaning up the media images for all platforms, and then it said I had over 123,000 duplicates?? Even weirder - 3857 couldn't be deleted because the file was in use? How is that even possible? (screenshots attached) I rebooted my PC, went straight into Launchbox and then ran the media cleanup, so I don't understand how they could be in use. I would really appreciate if someone could help me resolve this. THanks!
